Nothing But The Truth

I just finished reading Nothing But the Truth and though I did manage to grasp the gist of it, I did not thoroughly enjoy it.
Firstly, I feel that there was hardly any organisation of the things written in the book. For example, you have the principal speaking to the reporter and before you know it, Philip is writing in his diary. I feel that the author could have just written it in the form of a novel. Perhaps that would enlighten the book further.
In addition, the ending was so brief that I had to re-read it a couple of times before I actually found out what had happened.
More tomorrow, its late.

To Parents: Would LOVE to have you come down and do a booktalk. I know it would be great to have an adult, other than me and the administration, talking about a book we really enjoyed. Anytime starting in Term 2 would be fine. Just contact me through my blog and we'll arrange. Thanks very much. Mr. S.
